My regular shoe size is a 5 – 5.5.
Pink Mules – Is there anything cuter?!! A size 6 is the smallest available but I couldn’t resist these shoes. They are tad big as far as length but hardly noticeable. Best of all they are $25 and sometimes even less when a discount code is available!
Leopard Flip Flops – I love a good pair of flip flops for the beach, pool and just running errands. The leopard print and bow detail give the perfect flare to any outfit. I am wearing a size 5 and they are true to size.
Basket Weave Slides – Unfortunately, these are no longer available online. They have the cutest stud detail on the heel. However. a very similar pair is linked! The brand pictured is Marc Fisher and they are a size 6. Slightly too long but hardly noticeable. The width on these shoes is perfect.
Leopard Print Slides – I have been dying for a pair of leopard print slides that are affordable. I found these for under $27.00!!! They look and feel more expensive! I am wearing a size 5 and they are true to size.
Gold Wedges – These wedges are a bit of a splurge but so worth it! They are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I own. The gold color goes with so much during the spring and summer months. I have worn these downtown Charleston with NO aches or pains! I love that these can be worn dressed up or down.
T-Strap Sandals – I LOVE this brand of shoes. The soles are padded and feel like clouds! I also love the neutral color with a hint of gold. These sandals will get so much wear this season.
Now onto my thoughts on mine and my husband’s careers! I know a lot of familiar faces are reading but for those of you who are new here or just curious about mine and my husband’s careers, let me tell you more! My husband graduated Clemson with an engineering degree in 2014. Go Tigers! He took a job right after with an industrial construction company based out of SC and he has been with them ever since! David went from a field engineer to an assistant project manager, talk about MAJOR growth! One major part of his job is that we move almost every two years. People give me a puzzled look when I tell them I enjoy it so much! I’ll be honest, I always pictured myself as a wife but never as someone who would settle down, buy a home, and have kids at an early age. I have so many more things to experience and a lot more people to meet before I will feel the desire to stay in one place. We have lived in different parts of Tennesee over the last three years and currently live in Charleston, SC. We will be getting ready for our next move this summer. I love the adventure of it all and I trust that God puts us in these places for a reason. I know that when I make new friends or even have the opportunity to pray with a co-worker I’m right where I need to be. I have met some of the most amazing people, seen the most beautiful places, and tasted the best food! Our life is such an adventure and I can’t imagine changing that anytime soon. As for me, I graduated with a business marketing degree in 2015 and opened an online boutique soon after. Let me tell you, running a business is so much harder than it looks! It fizzled quickly but I learned so much about myself and the business world. For the last three years, I have worked in dentistry fulfilling administrative and marketing duties. I have a love/hate relationship with my job but I keep going back to it! I love helping people especially when it comes to their health. For those of you who don’t know, I absolutely love everything fashion, beauty, travel, and food related and I want to share that with you. I decided to start this blog as a creative outlet and I am enjoying it more than you know! I feel inspired, energized and blessed to have this opportunity. I can’t wait to see what comes next! Feel free to leave a comment with any questions!
