We have officially stopped using our coffee maker! My husband quit drinking coffee about a year ago and I’ve become an iced coffee addict! I developed a recipe that is so easy and convenient to make. I make a cup of iced coffee every morning and the recipe I’ve created is such a hit with my friends. It’s so simple and customizable. You only need 4 ingredients – your favorite ready-made iced coffee blend, almond milk, chocolate syrup, and creamer. I eyeball the ingredients but I did my best to give you rough measurements below:
- Pour about 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup in the bottom of a glass
- Add about 1.5 cups of iced coffee ( I like Starbucks Blonde Roast Iced Coffee)
- Add about 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Add about 2 tablespoons of your favorite coffee creamer
- Mix very well and scrap the bottom of the glass to incorporate the chocolate syrup.
- Add ice
I love that I can have a sweet treat without spending $5.00 or more at the coffee shop daily. This drink will settle so make sure you stir it periodically, especially if you like to sip your coffee throughout the day. Leave a comment and let me know what you think!
