I have been using Bare Minerals since I was 14 years old!!! I am very loyal to their products but I go through phases where I branch out and try other brands of liquid and stick foundations. I always end up unhappy with other brands. I was hesitant to try the Complexion Rescue Hydrating Foundation Stick since my skin type is combination and my goal is to stay matte all day. Bare Minerals came through once again! Applying this product is so easy! I do suggest investing in a good brush made for liquid or stick foundation. A brush meant for creamy foundations will work much better than a brush for powder products. I suggest this Hourglass brush which is dense and really helps blend and buff this foundation. This foundation last in humid conditions which is really important to me. To ensure my makeup stays matte all day I use the Bare Pro powder, Laura Mercier setting power, and Urban Decay setting spray.
