Today on Instagram stories I shared my favorite eyelash and mascara products! I really feel like I’ve finally nailed down a great beauty routine and it makes all the difference in the world to use products I love! Below I break down my 3 favorite eyelash products, which can all be found one Ulta’s website!
Eyelash Conditioner – This Jane Iredale Lash Extender and Conditioner has improved the look and feel of my lashes dramatically. Since I started working full time a few years ago I noticed that wearing makeup daily was taking a toll on my lashes. As I took my makeup off every day I would have an eyelash or two fall out. I also noticed my lashes becoming thinner. I thought about investing in a lash growth serum but spending a $100+ on such products just wasn’t logical to me. Through my search for an affordable product, I stumbled across the Jane Iredale conditioner and noticed it had great reviews. For only $23.00 it was worth a shot! After a week I started to notice a difference in the thickness of my lashes. Over the next few weeks, I noticed subtle growth! Best of all, I rarely lose an eyelash even after wearing makeup daily! I highly recommend this product! I use this product as part of my nightly skincare routine before bedtime. If I forget to use it at night, then I will apply it in the morning before my makeup. Either way, it works great!
Eyelash Primer – I bought this product to try when it was on sale at Ulta. I was highly skeptical of an eyelash primer since I feel like “primer” is a popular term to use to sell a product these days. But I will do anything for longer lashes at an affordable price! Lancome Cils Booster has become a holy grail item for me! It gives you buildable length and thickness. It also contains vitamin B5 and vitamin E so its nourishing as well. I also found that this primer improves the curl of my lashes before I put on mascara.
Mascara – This Covergirl mascara is probably one of the most affordable products in my beauty bag! I have been using it for many years! I have tried so many other high-end mascaras and still come back to this one! It has the best brush applicator and besides giving me great volume, I also get length and definition from this mascara. I use shade very black. I can’t recommend this product enough!
